At Niya, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll make it right.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
- ✅ Accepted Within 7 Days of delivery.
- ✅ Condition: Unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.
- ✅ If your Exchange or replacement is approved from our side the product will be delivered to you within 5-7days
- ✅ Final Sale Items: Custom/personalized pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return

We’ll send a prepaid return label (India) or instructions
Once received, refunds credited in 3-5 business days
